Permits and Certificates By-law No. 1316 details the procedure for obtaining a permit (subdivision, construction, demolition), including the applicable fees.
It does the same for certificates of authorization:
- transport and installation of a building
- change of use, temporary use

Finding your way through Urban Planning By-Laws
