By-law No. 1421 to govern filming permits

By-law No. 1421 stipulates that no person may carry out or undertake a filming project in Mount Royal without having obtained the required permit, for which conditions of issuance and fees are established.

The by-law describes how the Town will use the required security deposit. Also detailed are the hours at which filming may take place and limitations to possible traffic obstructions.

Finally, under this-by-law, the Town may survey residents who may be concerned or affected by a filming project in order to assess their support for the project.
