Mission

The Recreation, Culture and Community Activities Department is well known to Town of Mount Royal residents. It provides services to diverse audiences and in every instance maintains the highest level of quality. The mandate of this Town department is to:

  • improve residents’ quality of life by providing ever-greater access to a range of sports, cultural and social activities;
  • organize events that build the community spirit;
  • manage use of the Town’s recreational facilities
  • support the sound operation of recognized community groups in the Town of Mount Royal;
  • support the well-being of specific audiences considered more vulnerable.
