By-law No. 1404-13 Concerning Taxes of Town of Mount Royal for Fiscal Year 2013

By-law No. 1404-13 sets the property tax rate per $100 of the adjusted property value for various types of immovables.

Due dates, accepted terms of payment as well as interest rates, administration charges and other penalties for late or non-payments are also specified.

This by-law applies specifically to the year 2013; a new by-law concerning property taxes is adopted every year.
