This by-law pertains to licenses that owners of cats and dogs must obtain each year from the service counter at the Town Hall.
This by-law explains procedures for obtaining a license, its cost, the necessary documents and the number of animals permitted per dwelling. The by-law also lists prohibitions that apply within the Town, including places in which animals are not permitted.
This by-law has recently been amended to include the requirement that a rabies vaccine certificate be submitted prior to obtaining a licence.
Licenses may be obtained from the service counter on the second floor of the Town Hall (90, avenue Roosevelt).
