By-law No. 1380 Concerning Sanitation, Safety, Peace and order

By-law No. 1380 is designed to promote the well-being of residents on a collective basis, on private property, within the general vicinity of such property and in public spaces.

The by-law covers, for example, nuisances caused by noise, nuisances to health and safety, nuisances pertaining to commercial practices, nuisances pertaining to public order or resulting from personal behaviour and questions of sanitation and maintenance of buildings, etc.
