Renewals can be made if items are not overdue, reserved by another member, or have not already been renewed 5 times.

Do it online using the Member Services

With your library card number (login) and password you can consult your user file, renew your documents and reserve online using our online catalogue: 2010 version (ZonesL) or previous version.

If you do not have a password, come to the library with your card or call the library with your card number. An employee will ask for your date of birth to verify your identity.

Please be advised that between 00:30 and 2:00, access to the online catalogue and member services is not available due to daily back-ups and updates to the system.

  • Renewals
Click on Member Services on the online catalogue (2010 version (ZonesL) / previous version) to view your profile summary and renew any given document.
  • Reservations (Holds)
Make a search, find an item that you would like to reserve and click the Holds button on the online catalogue: 2010 version (ZonesL) or previous version. Please note that only documents currently borrowed may be reserved through online member services. Once you have been advised that your reservation is available, you have two days to pick it up at the library.
