Mission

The Urban planning and Inspection Division belongs to the Technical services Department and deals mostly with the issuing of permits, plan approvals and site inspection for all manners of construction, demolition and renovation work done on private property.

Town of Mount Royal inspectors thus ensure the application of several municipal by-laws (zoning, subdivision, construction, etc.) and promote the successful architectural integration of all buildings on the territory.
